Developments West Coporation has a large, free standing retail building located in downtown Sherwood Park across the street from the County (Town) office and adjacent to the free standing Royal Bank Building. The concrete building, originally built and occupied by Consumers Distributors, 11,000 square feet + or -, was extensively remodelled. There are 144 parking stalls plus automatic loading facilities. The building's easy accessibility and high degree of exposure make it a desirable location.
